Free shipping details:
- Orders with heavy or bulky items that are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, international addresses, and some APO and FPO addresses will not qualify for free shipping. Chat or call us to get rates.
- Lightweight items ship via USPS Ground Advantage service. Items 1 lb and higher will ship via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS, or FedEx ground service. Delivery with these services is typically 1-4 days but can take longer. If you need faster delivery please chat or call us at (856) 441-4065 and we'll be happy to help.
- Special orders and items ordered on a PO do not qualify for free shipping.
- If you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit.
- Free shipping may not be combined with some other offers or discounts.
In-store pickup details:
In-store pickup option at checkout is limited to customers in South Jersey and Philadelphia region. If you'd like to pick up an order in our showroom and you're outside our local region, give us a call and we'll set it up for you. Orders for in-stock items placed during business hours are usually ready within an hour. Orders placed outside of operating hours will be ready within an hour of opening on the next business day. Please arrive with ID or proof of purchase.
